01

What CPath provides

CPath provides independent informational assessments, document reviews, and guidance. This includes migration eligibility & pathway assessments and overseas job offer & recruitment verification, delivered as structured written reports.

02

What CPath does not provide

CPath does not sell visas, process visa applications, guarantee jobs, sell employment opportunities, or promise any immigration or employment outcome. CPath is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Where regulated immigration or legal advice is required, you should consult an appropriately licensed or authorised professional.

03

The nature of an assessment

Every report is based on the information and evidence available at the time of assessment. An assessment does not constitute a visa, immigration, or employment decision and does not guarantee eligibility, visa approval, employment, or any other outcome. Final decisions are made by the relevant government authorities, employers, or authorised organisations. Where information cannot be independently confirmed, we state this clearly rather than guessing.

04

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and to share only documents you are entitled to share. Decisions you make after receiving a report remain entirely your own.

05

Fees

Each service carries a flat fee, confirmed in writing before any work begins. CPath accepts no commissions from consultancies, colleges, recruiters, or employers.

06

Liability

CPath's reports are informational. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPath is not liable for decisions made by government authorities, employers, or other third parties, or for outcomes arising from information that was inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable at the time of assessment.

07

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
